Maya ran as fast as she could, a whole pack of zombies on her heels. She was not the kind of person for close combat. She knelt down and shot one zombie down before swiftly climbing a wall of a nearby trashed building to run in the roof in order to simply get away from her pursuers.


Maya hurtled herself off the building she was just running on. She landed harshly on the ground with arole and took off running again. She turned around for only a moment to get on one knee and aim for only a moment. With that a nearby zombie went to the ground blood splattering everywhere. She got back up looked over to see some people nearby, not knowing that is was Leon Eric and Joey Amelie.

She saluted them quick and took off running again.

Eric had been looking over the horizon when he saw maya run by. "Ah, crap,Either run or fight i am going to fight." He said as he saw the zombies that had been chasing maya. "Well, this is going to be fun." He said grabbing his M16 off his back and carfully shooting the zombies. "GOD, I HATE ZOMBIES." He yelled as he continued to fire at the zombies.

[Blaze]

Amelie quickly pulled her bow off her back and grabbed an arrow before aiming for the nearest zombie's head.  Grimly, she released her arrow and watched as it hit it's target.

(Sorry it's so short, I'll post longer next time.)

[Kyle]

"Wait, don't I know you?!?" He yelled out, but soon dismissed the thought and pulled out his dual metal storm pistols. He pointed them at the horde, and shot with painfully accurate precision, one head-shot after another, reloading clips at record speed as he went. The only thing wrong was they just seemed to keep coming. There was no end to it all, and he was running out of ammo. He ran to the others, and made a hand motion meaning to follow him.

"We can't survive through all of this. There are too many, and we don't have the ammo... Follow me, I have a plan." He said, following Maya.

[FLU FLU FISH (Koulgen)]

"Well this is an intressing group." Joey said as he hip tossed a zombie on his left into to another using the momentum to launch in to the airl, and  spin kicking into another. He landed, and charged towards Leon. When he got by him he said. "Hey I'm Joey."

Maya spun around and took a second look at him a second time. She paused to shoot down another zombie.

"Hai, I do, come on follow me, I know a safe place." She said to the whole group. She shot down yet another one of the gruesome undead and ran pulling her sniper over her shoulder to increase her momentum. She swung herself up on a small pole and began to climb.

She reached the top of the roof and looked over her shoulder to make sure she was being followed. When she knew she was she jumped four rooftops and took a flying leap to the ground. She had been trained in acrobatics for many years so this was simple for her. She opened a trap door on the ground and shooed everybody into the small tunnelways she shut it and made sure to put up a small barrier so the undead could not break and enter.

"Welcome ot my humble abode." She said gesturing to the small harshly lit underground dug out place that looked to be about two rooms across, maybe 30 feet and 8 feet tall. She pursed her lips.

"Can I offer you anything?" She asked.

"Well, if you have anything to drink that would be awsome." Eric said as he stood up from sliding in the door, he really longed for a mountain dew but he had learned to take what he gets.

"So, how long did it take you to make this place?" He asked astonished as he looked around.

"Yeah I have some groundwater, it's purified, don't worry." She said dipping a small glass in a even smaller stream that ran through a part of the rooms, seperating them.

"I didn't." She said.

'My father did, it was his idea to put explosives into the ground exploding out the dirt to make this cavern. I lined it with the wooden beams to keep it from caving in and then when my father finally died of the sickness I took the place over, offering it as shelter for people like you and me." She said.

She handed the glass of water to Eric.

'So what are you called?" She asked. "I am Maya Koulouski." She said pushing back her brown long hair.

"Thanks, i am Eric...umm eric.... man, its been so long i have forgotten my last name." Eric said taking the glass.

"Hmm im sorry about your dad, my family was killed by the zombies." He said shuddering, remembering that day when he ran through his house looking at the carnage of his parents and brother.

She nodded and closed her eyes almost as if in a moment of silence for his lost parents.

"I am sorry for your loss, everybody has lost a lot because of this damned society that has been recreated by the zombie plague." She said. She pursed her lips.

'Pleasure to meet you Eric." She said her hand going on her hip.

"So why are you in the fight against the undead?" She asked. "And what's your specialty?" She asked taking off her sniper and unloading it and starting to clean the blood, both hers and the zombies, off of the gun. She grasped her side in pain for a moment and gasped feeling the pain spread quickly. She bit her lip and tried to ignore it.

[Kyle]

"Hey Joey." He said, still running. He made it into her place right before the field got up. He reloaded his pistols, and put them in their holsters. He then sat down.

"Uhh no, I'm fine. Thanks." He said, looking around.

"Well, if you happen to have any ammo, I could use that too," He said, looking around, but not seeing any.

"If not, I have a base a little bigger than this rigged with weapons not too far from here." He said, pointing a finger over his back to the entrance.

[FLU FLU FISH (Koulgen)]

Joey laughed as he followed Leon in. "That was fun." He said as he looked around. "Nice place I usally stay in a shed, or something." Thats when he realized he was in a locked building with people he don't know, and that might kill him. He got ready for anyting, but acted casual hoping they were friendly

She finished cleaning and putting back together her sniper rifle and then chucked a pack of ammo at him and slung the sniper across her back.

"Sure, we can't stay in one place for too long, they could find us." She said. "Though personally I doubt it."

"By the way, My name is Maya." She said. "I am glad to meet you all and glad to see that there are actual human beings in this world." She said. She sighed and downed a cup of her own glass of water and set it down on the rickety table next to her. She looked to Joey.

"A newbie? "She asked she looked him over.

"And no gun? What's your name boot?" She asked using an old army term.

"And what they heck do you fight with?" She asked. She put up her hands when she noticed his defensivness.

"I do not hurt my fellow species, chill."

[FLU FLU FISH (Koulgen)]

"I am Joey, and I fight with my bare hand, and melee weapon. I am train in defensive martial arts, and acrobatics. I am sorry, but I might be a little jumpy, but thats because i just realized i am in a building with people i don't know. Oh, and I have a folding bow my grandad made before he died, but i only have a few arrows left." Joey said as he backed up looking at everyone, and for an excape route incase things go bad.

"Pleasure Joey." She said. "Bare hands, that's a new one." She said.

'Interesting assortment, and don't worry, this room leads to billions of underground tunnels my father and his father spent years building when the undead plague was less in numbers." She said.

'They tried to find a cure underground, being that they were both biochemical engineers." She said.

"But in the end they died in there futile attempts to save the globe and ended up making a whole passage of connecting tunnels." She explained.

"Sorry...I kinda got lost in my own babble."
