A note about topics from RPU4

Guys if you want specific topics from RPU 4 here that aren't here now you guys are gonna have to move them yourself. Most of the stuff that's left is character templates and stuff like that. I figured you guys would want to move them to increase your post count so I didn't touch them. If you want me to move them let me know.
